What customers say?

“ We were pleasantly surprised to find Indian Street Food options there. Service was quick, food too was freshly prepared and tasted nice. We ordered Pav Bhaji, Masala Fries, Papdi Chaat, and Vada Pav. Vada Pav and Pav Bhaji was so good Staff too was really nice, exchanged little pleasantries with the lady there and found her really kind and nice. Would definitely come back again soon ”

“ hidden away in the bustle of central London, this place looks like a tourist trap but the only thing it trapped was my heart with the delicious and authentic Indian food without the price tag, therefore not constituting it a tourist trap. The staff were lovely and attentive. The place is small but cosy. You can really tell the chefs care about the food they’re serving & that makes a world of a difference. We got pani puri, lamb bhuna, chicken kadhai, garlic chilli naan and rice between the 2 of us and we were not disappointed at all! We’ll definitely be coming back ”

- Puja G -

“ We were looking for a quick place to eat some snaky food and stopped at Hungama. Great choice, the food was bomb good. They made it super Indian spicy also. This really hit the stop since the weather is a bit cool. Would definitely recommend this place and well as coming back ourselves. ”

- Tushar Mali -

“ Food was quality and the prices are affordable for what you'll receive. Great flavours, the missus and myself were super happy and if we are in London again we will be definitely coming back. Really enjoyed the chat I had with the owner. Great people. ”

- James Baxter -

“ My family and I ate here on a cold festive evening where the streets were busy! The staff was outstanding - really accommodating and the service was excellent! So so quick! The food was fresh and warm when served and it hit the spot! It is definitely on the spicier end though. Prices to portion isn’t too bad, I would recommend their street food more than curries/naans. We ordered: masala chai, vada pavs, chilli chicken, veg hakka noodles, chinese bhel, garlic naan, and dal tadka! ”

“ For the past couple of years, i have gone to London for my birthday treat and past this restaurant wondering if i should try it as i love a curry. There was and is always a tout outside beconing you forward trying to entices you to come inside. This time was no different, only this time i decided to succumb. The establishment was very narrow on the inside so fund a table away from the enrrance door asnit is always opening and closing. On a cold night, it can be very frustrating whilst you are trying to eat and converse. I looked around at the various dishes on various tabkes and kept on seeing the same orangy colour on all dishes that bothered me a little. I ordered a lamb madras, and Tandoori chicken. My fears were unwarrated because i have to say that the food was excellent in taste and heat of spice. The price was a wee bit over the top but in London you have to expect that. It is not a problem as long as you enjoy the price that you pay. On mentioning that it was my birthday, a staff member (it might have been the proprioter Mr Rham as Dell Boy would have put it) offeeed myeelf and rhe wife a free sambuca which was a lovely touch. The atmosphere was pleasant, peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable. A must visit place if you like Indian food. ”

- Terry Beer -

“ I’ve been to this place twice and both times the food was fantastic and incredibly affordable. We tried the Veg Hakka noodles, Vada Pav, Pani puri, Dahi puri and Chicken Briyani and each dish was delicious. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly with the staff always smiling and greeting everyone. I’d definitely return. ”

- Rachana Dinesh -

“ This restaurant offers an exceptional Indian dining experience that beautifully captures the authentic flavors of India. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and courteous staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was outstanding. Each dish was rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and prepared with great attention to detail. The curries were aromatic and well-balanced, the naan was soft and freshly baked, and the rice was fragrant and fluffy. ”
